I suspect have UFO in the world because I never see it.
We got some imformation of UFO form some people who make picture and some people's experience we not sure have UFO or alien exist in another planet truly.

While I am 100% sure there is life on other planets, I agree that it is highly suspect that they are flying around in our skies without contacting us directly.
However, UFO means "Unidentified Flying Object" which could be a kind of plane the government is testing without our knowledge as well.
