This is say MEXICO CITY - Tropical Storm Kiko weakened Sunday as it away from Mexico'sPacific coast, forecasters .Kiko's eye is well offshore, although forecasters at the U.S. National Hurricane Center said tropical storm conditions could be felt in Baja California over the next couple of days. The storm is then expected to head out to sea and not threaten land directly, the center said.Authorities discontinued a tropical storm watch for Mexico's Pacific coast, but said southern Baja California could be put on alert later Sunday. KIEV, Ukraine - A court validated the results of parliamentary elections Thursday, opening the way for the formation of a government in this ex-Soviet republic struggling to emerge from prolonged political turmoil.The move was likely to be welcomed by the two pro-Western Orange Revolution parties led by President Viktor Yushchenko and the charismatic opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko.
